Love this Little Guy!Works perfectly, but as a word of advice, I would remove the U3 software that comes with the device. It's annoying on load up, and only marginally useful.
You have to goto U3's website to download the removal software, which is a bit of the pain, but well worth to fully use this solid device.

Great PurchaseI love this thumb drive. It's sturdy. I also love the fact that it doesn't need a cap. You just slide the drive out when you need it and slide it back in when you don't. I don't have to worry myself with "where did I put that cap?"
Very good productI have been using SanDisk flash drives for at least 5 years and I couldn't be more pleased with them. Three months ago I bought this 4GB one, I use it on a regular basis and it does a great job.
