Excellent reception, fantastic price!I know that this phone has had some mixed reviews, but I also noticed that some of the less favorable ones were from a year ago or more, so I took a chance, knowing Amazon's excellent return policy. I gave it to my dad for christmas. It was easy to set up and works wonderfully!
I chose this model b/c of my faith in AT&T products, the new version is about $200, and b/c the second handset doesn't require a phone jack, just an electrical outlet....it was perfect for the basement! If they restock this item (especially at the $30 price) I would highly recommend it.

Not very goodPurchased this phone and am returning it since it "hums" whenever there is a call. I even tried it at my vacation home in a different state but experienced the same problem. Not worth the hassle.
