Wall MountI returned this product to you on Dec. 14th by mail and I still have not received a credit on my credit cared. Please let me know how the process is going and why I have not been credited my money to my credit card.
Installation HiccupAlthough I like the product design and function, the installation instructions have some issues. The instructions call for a 1/4" hole in a concrete wall, into which provided mollies will anchor the screws. Following these instructions exactly, the holes were simply too small. The mollies made it into the wall with some force, but no amount of strength could force the screws in. The result: Broken mollies and useless holes in the wall.
A quick trip to the hardware store told me that for the number 14 screws provided in the package I needed bigger mollies and a 5/16" hole. Worked like a charm and I was able to cover up the original holes. A lot more hassle than I was hoping for.
Peerless Wall MountGreat product. Does just want I needed. Used it to mount a 19" lcd tv in my 5th wheel RV. It's very solid yet easy to adjust.
Take your time installing it. I mounted it to the tv, then hold it to where you plan to attach it and simulate the movement and placement so it's centered properly. If you just center the mount, the tv won't necessarily be centered.
Nice--once you can mount itWall mount itself is nice. However, sure would be nice if the instructions would include mounting templates that you could place on the wall to mark to assist in mounting. The instructions do not tell you the number of inches from the center for the mounting screws--if you are going to center the TV on the wall, the screw mount for this is 6 or so inches to the left of the center--so most likely you will not have a stud. You have to be an engineer to figure out the placement!
DOESN'T TILT !!!!!It says in the item description "one touch tilt" and 180deg of swivel. It swivels very nicely but, WHERE IS THE @#$%ing TILT??!!!!!! I bought this product because of the company's quality, also because I need it to do both tilt and swivel. "It didn't deliver"!!!! It is useless to me at this point and it's past the 30 days. Thanks, PEERLESS!!!!!
